The solid carbide metal saw is a cutter used for cutting and groove-processing of precision parts and now we can offer minimum blade thickness of 30μm, thinnest ever in Japan. The blade itself is very thin, but highly durable, and it enables high-precision cutting and slit processing of any kinds of materials, including multi-functional materials, plastics and metals.
The solid carbide metal saw is used for ultrafine processing of advanced high-tech products such as electronic and automobile parts, and is highly praised by the companies world-wide.
We established new grinding technology based on newly developed grinding method and researching applicable carbide material.
The carbide material is a very hard, so it is difficult to make the blade thinner. The thinnest blade thickness available was 0.2 mm before we successfully came up with 30μm, which is the result of the fusion of the extensive research of new grinding methods and our high craftsmanship.
