Decorating technology of cell phone body
The only one technology in the world is used for decoration of cell phone bodies.
SHU-HOU Co., Ltd. decorates and provides surface treatment to the eyeglass frames. It has the top share (approx. 60%) in the domestic eyeglass field.
Recently, SHU-HOU Co., Ltd. has developed the technology to print various patterns on curved surfaced with high accuracy in short time at a low cost. At present, the technology is utilized for decoration of cell phone bodies and steering wheels. It is possible to print the antenna on the surface of the One Seg cell phones. The technology expands in application, and high demand growth is expected.
SHU-HOU Co., Ltd. received "Prime Minister's Prize of The 2nd Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award" in 2007, and was selected as one of "300 Monodzukuri SMEs Nationwide (METI)" in 2007.
Direct and high-accuracy printing on curved surface and spherical surface
It had been very difficult to print on the curved surface with high accuracy. As a result of the long-term research and development, SHU-HOU Co., Ltd. has developed the curved surface printing technology enabling printing of full-color photos, conductors, wires, 10-micron fine dots and lines (patterns) at a low cost directly on the curved surface and spherical surface.
The design can be printed in a short time, and mass production is possible. By combining the accumulated printing technologies and knowhow of SHU-HOU Co., Ltd. with the curved surface printing technology, development of new products and the decoration of various products to which printing was not possible before can now be expected.
